Kelsie Williamson’s journey into the fitness industry began with a personal transformation. Coming from a demanding career in production and SaaS, she experienced firsthand the toll of an unbalanced lifestyle—long nights, early mornings, and a routine that left little room for health and wellness. Recognizing the need for change, she committed to reshaping her life and, in the process, discovered her passion for helping others do the same.
Her dedication led her to Lagree, where she built a strong foundation in movement, control, and strength. Determined to deepen her understanding of biomechanics and performance training, Kelsie spent nearly a year interning at DBC Fitness San Diego, immersing herself in the science of human movement and the principles of high-level training.
Now an official trainer at DBC, she combines her expertise in Lagree with DBC’s advanced methodology to help clients move better, feel stronger, and take control of their health. Kelsie’s mission is simple: to guide others in reclaiming their well-being through intentional movement and intelligent training.
